 FAQs

  • Short answer: Commercial use on your own channels is included. Resale/redistribution is not, but a Merchandise/Resale Add‑on can be arranged.

    Details:

    • Allowed: your brand’s web/app/social, in‑store screens, device UI, presentations, ads within agreed channels/territories.

    • Not allowed by default: reselling the files or passing them to third parties, stock‑library uploads, sublicensing to partners.

    • If you want to sell physical products (prints, cases, apparel, etc.), ask for the Merchandise/Resale Add‑on with clear run/region terms.

    • Content must respect privacy, trademarks, and platform policies. We do not impersonate real people or brands.

    • Final permissions are defined in the license schedule for your project.

    • Bulk licensing (InCosmos): non‑exclusive, defined channels/territories/terms; no resale; fast delivery from the catalog or light curation.

    • Buyout‑style exclusive license: exclusive use for agreed channels/territories, typically longer terms and broader usage; optional exclusivity windows for hero campaigns.

    • IP transfer (full copyright assignment) is rare and only available for custom works, not for catalog pieces; it requires a separate agreement.

    • We can also propose a hybrid: start with bulk licensing, upgrade later to exclusive scope if needed.
